I good do with some sound advice, I am resident in the U.K. but not a U.K. citizen and are having problems with unsecured c.c and loan debt.I have no assets here ,the only asset of any real value is a share of the family home in New Zealand which is owned as tenants in common. How easy would this be for creditors here in the U.K. to seize if they were to bankrupt me,
