My Wife has a property in Italy which she so far has not declared. I keep telling her to put it into our sons name but she seems to think "nothing to worry about it is impossible for the Inland revenue to find out" I am very nervous about her stance on this because of the super fast data highway and how easliy information can be gathered about people online. Is my wife right? if not what are the consequences if she is found out. We are domiciled in the UK.. Thanks in advance...

Dear all, I have been invited to start a UK based company to deal with the administration of the business activities of a property development company based outside the EU. It is a legit business as we are breaking away from an existing regulated company in the UK to continue our niche business independently. The company will have two directors, myself included with an equal shareholding. I am concerned about whether a contract signed and registered in the UK can be overridden by a contract signed and registered overseas in relation to the main company. Ie I am afraid of being swindled out of my profit share if the company overseas holds all the profits main through the sister UK company which I will be party to. Does anyone have suggestion as to where I can obtain further info, publications, text books where I can learn about these aspects of business law? Not all "companies" consist of sky scraping buildings and "attorneys on the payroll" etc etc. Im talking about starting a new company from scratch which will consist of only 3 people - myself (possibly) included. PS - ive asked this question for some help and encouragement if finding help in the right places. Please dont bother if you have nothing useful to say.

My ex husband forced me to sign a dissolution application, beaten me up then kicked me out. While I had to get away from him, our marriage got dissolved and this was like months ago. All I have now is just a dissolution paper. He took every single things that I had and anything that we owned together. I seriously have nothing, he doesn't even return my clothes to me. Am I not entitled to half of what my ex husband and I owed like: property, car, bike and other things? I regularly gave him the cash to pay for almost everything when we were married and all I had in return was just injuries. I have nothing to prove this as he took all of the paperwork and deleted all the photos of my injuries. I've moved overseas and he's still in England, How do make everything all clearly defined? How do I get treated fairly? I don't know if I can afford a solicitor to sue him but all I want is just what I should be entiled to. How am I gonna make it? Taking this to court? Is it too late? I just want to ad a little information that I did not sign a prenuptial agreement and am actually in a very remote uncivilised country and there aren't any solicitors, who would deal with this. Any more help would be much appreciated.

What's Morocco like for Property Investment? My wife and I have been looking into buying property overseas as a long term investment and I read an article in magazine that recommended Morocco as a good place to invest. Now, my personal experiences of Morocco as a country are mixed (been there a couple of times and had an up and down time) but does anyone with experience of the country, or experience with owning property out there, have advice on the matter? I'm specifically after advice on where in Morocco to buy and a guide on what to pay. Thanks in advance, John
