Have you had dealings with these people? If so how was your experience? good or bad?

I'm looking for new ways of generating genuine sales leads and referrals.
My business is selling overseas property to those relocating, seeking a second or holiday home, buying to rent as a business venture or buying purely as an investment.
I obviously have the usual methods of generating new clients; exhibitions, promo events, direct referrals from existing customers, website, media advertising, incentive programs etc.

But i feel there are others ways of networking / drawing in these leads that perhaps i'm missing. Do you know of any method worth trying out?
The current incentive program offers £250-£500 (GBP£) for any lead that results in a confirmed sale. I'd be quite happy to continue this incentive for any new means of reaching new customer markets.
* Offer is open to businesses, developers, estate agents and individuals.
Contact details are set like that for practicality reasons only. I'm always on the road UK wide or overseas, so it needs to be the mobile number. Yahoo forwards emails to my mobile, so it's also a useful tool.
I am adding a domain email and Skype number to the contact info; might even (now that you've mentioned it) add an 0800 number too.
* Thanks

With violent cime out of control, immigration out of control, government sleaze out of control, failing schools, failing health services, BILLIONS wasted on overseas aid and wars in Iraq & Afghanistan, old age pensioners living in poverty and hard working families facing ever increasing numbers of "stealth" taxes.....................
DID anything "get better" under the leadership on New Labour (apart from MP's bank balances of course !!)??
