I have found a dream-house in Croatia, and I am very keen to buy it, so I would like to know if anyone has experience with getting a mortgage for a Croatian property? Generally, I am interested on how do you get a mortgage for overseas property?? My salary and credit history are OK, and I have a nice chunk of cash ready for the deposit, so I believe this should be possible. Any advice appreciated!

With property in UK so expensive I am thinking about buying overseas but not sure where.I am first time buyer and would like to rent property to help with mortgage and hopefully enjoy capital growth on the value of the house.Any tips /advice?
