My Wife and I are considering buying property in Canada, there is one estate agent that I have been looking at but was interested to know if anyone had any links for me for overseas property sales. Any advice appreciated. Thankyou.

I want to invest in the Caribbean and would like some advice in regards to this. I have not done anything like this before and would appreciate any help I can get with this matter. I have been told that the best mortgage to get is a US mortgage; because it is secured on the investment overseas not my UK investments.
